Reisen bildet ! Auch wir lernen auf diesem Urlaub einiges:

1. Ein Frühschoppen in der Hafenkneipe kann mit der Inhaftierung des gesamten BMC enden.

2. Der Knast einer einzigen Stadt ist zu klein um den gesamten BMC aufzunehmen.

3. Auch eine Übernachtung im Beton-Knast der Fremdenlegion kann die gute Stimmung beim BMC nicht verderben.

4. Ein Gipsarm kann unter Umständen vor der Verhaftung schützen.

After we had to leave Baumholder, we found a refugee in the Hunrsrück-mountains for two years. But also here, the neighbourhood had a problem with our lifestyle, so that – facing the rising costs of our lawyer – we startet to look for a new home. Nevertheless people in the area still remember the Bombholders.

On this trip we learn a lot:

1. A morning-party in a harbour-bar may end with the imprisonment of the whole club.

2. The jail of one town is too small to hold the complete BMC.

3. Even the concrete-beds of a foreign-legion-jail cannot mess up a BMC-run.

4. A cast (broken arm) may save you from getting arrested.

Auf Pauls Run im Mai auf dem Nürburgring lernen wir den Devil’s Ducks MC kennen.
Juli: Erster und berühmtester Frankreich-Urlaub.

August: Die 2. BMC-Rallye in Mittelbollenbach wird zum vollen Erfolg.
Andauernde Schwierigkeiten mit dem Vermieter führen zu dem Entschluß, ein eigenes Clubhaus zu kaufen.

Mai: Pauls Run is held at the Nürburgring, where we meet the Devil’s Ducks for the first time.
Juli: First and most famous France-Run.

August:
The 2. BMC Rallye in Mittelbollenbach is a full success.
Continuing difficulties with the landlord lead to the decision to buy a own clubhouse.
